Life Coaching can help shift your thought framework. Personal coaching can bring fresh perspective and new ideas or solutions that we’re not able to access when we’re stressed or frustrated. Coaching helps you see the big picture so you can see all of the possibilities that are in front of you. For example, if you feel that there are no options, the coach can help you find them!
Group coaching generally includes 3-10 people who are working on similar goals. Each session is focused on a particular topic, skill, or issue related to the goals. Topics might include improving body image, mindfulness practice, stress reduction, increasing wellness and vitality, spiritual growth, self-care for the caregiver, or creating life balance.
